Ingredients

  • Lemon peel - 1 long strip
  • Brandy - 2 oz
  • Ginger ale - 5 oz
  • Bitters - 2 dashes

Instructions

Recommended: serve in a Highball glass

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.
