Ingredients

• Light rum - 1 1/2 oz
• Pineapple - 4 chunks
• Lime juice - 1 tblsp
• Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Recommended: serve in a Cocktail Glass

Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a cocktail glass and serve.
